Urgent requirement for Female Client Relation Executive in Ernakulam.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

* Build business by maintaining a healthy relationship with clients.
* Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships
with prospects; recommending solutions.
* Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on
industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Persistent and results-oriented
Proficient in English & Hindi
Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
Patient and able to handle customer rejection
Experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
