RESPONSIBILITIES
Their day-to-day duties may include assembling pieces of fabric with stitches, altering garments and helping customers decide on the right fit and type of fabric. Depending on the job, you may need to adapt designs for garments, use a variety of sewing tools and create custom clothes based on the client's requirements. Responsible for constructing, altering, repairing, or modifying garments for customers based on their specifications, needs, and preferences. They take customers' measurements, assist in fabric selection, and arrange fittings to determine whether additional adjustments are needed.
