Candidate Responsibility:-
• Taking Interview, Shortlisted Candidate, Recruitment knowledge.
• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs. Aware about online Apps
• Screening resumes.
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
• Administering appropriate company assessments.
• Hr General work also can do properly.
• Performing reference and background checks.
• Making recommendations to company hiring managers. Aware about online off line work.
• Language:-Hindi/Bengali/English.
• Age-25-50,
• Qualification:-Graduate or above (MBA in HR/Marketing preferable)
• Duty time:-( 09:00-06:00)
