Ensuring project timelines and requirements specifications.
Ensuring installation happens as per drawing.
Should be able to read drawings - layout and furniture drawings.
Studying the design and the designer's vision for the project.
Understanding the project requirements and preparing project-related documents like BOQ, Material Chart, Specifications, etc.
End-to-end planning, managing, and coordinating the execution of the project.
Sourcing local vendors for execution of specific tasks like HVAC, Flooring, etc.
Doing a quality check of the execution work.
Arranging samples from the market and getting approval from the client.
Project reporting and regular updates to the design office.
Timely completion of the project.
