Good Retail domain knowledge and hands on experience in Core Java and spring boot, Knowledge on Microservices, Excellent communication skills (Oral and Written)
Domain Knowledge on Merch and supply Chain..

Responsibility:
Must perform causal analysis for high severity issues, repeating issues, identify failure trends and implement workarounds/permanent fixes in production
Must identify opportunities for automations, tickets reduction and drive continuous improvements.
Must implement and improve application monitoring for early fault deduction through alerts generation for high severity applications and issues.
Must improve team’s technical competency, cross skill in new technologies and implement enterprise reliability engineering practices to make applications more stable and reliable in longer term.
