Job Description

"**Key Responsibilities:**
**Project Coordination:** Oversee and coordinate all joinery work for projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
**Design and Technical Support:** Assist in interpreting joinery design drawings and ensure technical specifications are accurately followed in the production and installation process.
**Material Procurement:** Ensure the timely procurement of materials and supplies for joinery work, sourcing from appropriate suppliers and managing inventory.
**Supplier and Subcontractor Management:** Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that materials and services are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
**Quality Control:** Monitor the quality of joinery work to ensure it meets industry standards, safety regulations, and the client’s expectations.
**Production Monitoring:** Oversee the manufacturing process in the workshop, ensuring all joinery items are fabricated correctly and efficiently.
**Scheduling:** Create and maintain production schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed within the allocated timeframes.
**Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of work, materials, and progress. Prepare regular progRess reports for senior management and clients.
**Health & Safety Compliance:** Ensure that all joinery work adheres to health and safety regulations, implementing best practices and conducting risk assessments when necessary.
**Client Liaison:** Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the joinery team, addressing any queries, concerns, or changes in project scope.
**Problem Solving:** Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to joinery, such as material shortages, design discrepancies, or production delays.
