Responsibilities and Duties
1. A. Poition Decription
2. Position Title Office Assistant
3. Department Operations department
4. Position Reports to Branch Manager/Asst.Branch Manager
5. Position Supervises None
6. B. Essential Functions nd Basic Duties
7. Provides fast, excellent and error free services to customers in a professional 8. way complying with SGOT rule (Smile-Greet-Offer5-thank).
9. Respect and comply with AML rules, policy and procedures of the company at all times.
10.Collect all supporting documents for the transactions conducted and
11. arrange for keeping them in files as per the uniform filing system and AML policies of the company. Arrange for transfer of such documents to the warehouse.
12. Resolve customer complaints independently, wherever possible.
13. Read, understand, sign and follow all the circulars from the Head Office or 14. Admin office.
15. Forward technical support requisitions to Admin Office.
16. Respects office guidelines of the company and always keep the counter,
17. drawers, tables and workplace neat and clean.
Attend all telephone calls and give transfer rate/information as required by the callers.
18. Provide adequate and necessary information whenever required to Head 19. Office, Administration Office or various departments of the company.
20. Promote and cross sell of new products and service introduced by the company among customer.
21. Convey his/her training needs to Branch Managers and attend official training programs.
22. All other duties assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor.

D. Academic Qualification
Bachelor degree holder.
E. Years of Experience
Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience.

Excellent communicator in English, Malayalam (oral & written), Hindi is an advantage.
Driving license Holder is an advantage.
Computer: MS Office and Office, accounting packages.
Typing: Not less than 35wpm.
