Job Role : Manager - Sales And Marketing (IT)
Location: Bengaluru.
Experience: 8+ years in IT Sales and Marketing for Manager)
Lead a high-performance marketing team
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales related to IT Products/services
Hands on with latest IT trends and technologies, expertise in ERPs & CRMs
Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Offer necessary product knowledge and technical expertise translating into successful sales.
Present quotes and suggest solutions on customers need.
Uncover potential clients needs to sell solutions.
Update on product information, pricing and contract terms.
Conduct web-based presentations to maintain product positioning and strategies.
Publish go-to-market strategy setting up product positioning, target customers and end users.
Update sales team/partners and dealer network on new software developments.
Participate in presentations, demos and trade shows.
Suggest new product concepts, enhancements and potential new partnerships.
Set up and publish to ensure all teams are in sync with customer needs and goals.
Determine, advise and close software sales agreements with company executives.
Present proposals on potential client’s needs.
Handle in-depth knowledge of products and technologies, competitors and market conditions.
Manage industries competitive knowledge to leverage sales cycle.
Ensure customer satisfaction
