executive has to take the market survey in different areas to check facts and figures in appropriate reports. Hired staff for projects and give responsibilities and monitor and oversee them on a continual basis.
They are responsible for identifying potential areas to develop the business, building awareness through financial literacy, sourcing potential or prospective customers

The borrowers are generally from low income backgrounds.
Loans availed under microfinance are usually of small amount, i.e., micro loans.
The loan tenure is short.
Microfinance loans do not require any collateral.
These loans are usually repaid at higher frequencies.
