JOB DESCRIPTION
Candidate can chose for work from home & office
Fresher can also apply with an extra skills of Tally ms office/ SAP
• Managing database of clients
• Generate leads by cold-calling and directing leads to the relevant sales personnel as
appropriate
• Preparing letters, quotations, and reports
• Ensure all items are invoiced and paid on time
• Organising meetings, company events, and conferences
• Managing and ordering office stationery and IT equipment as necessary
• Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, etc
• Office lease management
• Managing correspondence, complaints, and queries
• Organizing office operations and maintaining procedures
• Assisting management in HR and finance functions by keeping all records up to date, and
updating financial documents
• Attending meetings with senior management as required
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Graduate in any discipline with at least 2 years’ experience managing an office
• Familiar with Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English & Malayalam
• Candidate should have a zeal to independently take up tasks with minimum supervision
