Job Description

3 months under probation period
From 4th month permanent post with Rs.16,000/- per month.
With minimum 3years experience (with required skills mentioned below) : Rs. 18,000/- per month

Efficient Letter drafting skills in English
Above average knowledge in Excel / Google sheet, Whatsapp
Tele- conversation skills
Willingness to learn in a office environment

Working time : From 9AM to 5PM
Your primary objective and responsibility is to assist in the documentation work under the sales and accounts department by preparing ledgers, invoices, eway bills etc at the prescribed manner. Your probationary period of 3 months for learning the job requirements.
Learn the practical procedures in our sales system in generating invoices, eway bills, and other various documents
Learn how to update and maintain ledgers of sales and supply in google sheets and inform other departments
Record and update each meetings held with various departments and produce the reports required by the various departments on a timely basis.
Record various sales procedures and inform the management regarding any upcoming enquiries via email / phone / sale department.
You may also be assigned other duties as and when required for the efficient functioning of our Sales and Marketing Departments depending upon the various work involved.
