• Candidate Responsibility:
• Develop a schedule to assess training needs.
• Conduct employee surveys and interviews.
• Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership.
• Track and compile collected data.
• Conceptualize training materials based on data and research.
• Communicate training needs and online resources, Aware about online Apps
• Language:-Hindi/Bengali/English.
• Age-18-30
• Qualification:- Bachelor’s degree with HR or Marketing.
• Duty time:-09:00-02:00(Dew to this pandemic then its 09:00-06:00)
Sunday full off.
