Job description

This role is frontline role for Order and Diagnostics support on a contract.
PSS would be expected to answer all queries pertaining to order of medicine and booking of diagnostics tests.
PSS would need to communicate clearly and correctly with customer, internal teams and partners.
One has to be prepared to work in a high pressure environment with a continuously evolving process.
PSS should be customer focussed and have an urge to learn new products.
