Job Description

Understand process flow diagrams of each plant according to the water analysis and design the process accordingly.

Produce accurate control systems and ensure process / performance of the machine is achieved as per the design.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise projects in accordance with deadline requirements.

Collaborate with production, engineers and upper management in the development, verification and factory acceptance test of equipments.

Ensure all plant designs are produced to comply with the PCB requirements.

Work with mechanical design department for the development of equipment

Assists in developing uniform procedures and standards for the design process.

Work with Automation & Electrical engineers to develop the control strategy

Installation and commissioning of projects are customer sites as per the design

Troubleshoot plants as needed to eliminate automation errors, wiring errors and component malfunctions

Prepare project manuals for each project and ensure the availability at all times.

Trouble shoot problems at customer site as necessary

Strong personal computer skills and strong knowledge of MS office and other related tools

Must be organized and able to multi-task and work on multiple projects concurrently

Able to take action in solving problems while exhibiting judgement and a realistic understanding of issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering from accredited college/university
Ability to read and interpret design specifications and plans.
