Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Quality check at every level i.e. from Wood work to Final Assembly

2. Monitoring of overall production at every stage.

3. Managing the production as per schedule.

4. Checking of Daily resource sheet & register.

5. Planning of materials for next week projects.

6. Interacting with workers and also motivate them.

7. Drawings follow-up from design department to meet the production schedule.

8. Supervision of Site Installation and also final site inspection after installation.

9. After Sales complaint handling.
