Job Description

Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
Confer with customers and engineers to access equipment needs and to determine system requirements.
Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.
Plan and modify products to meet customer needs.
Help clients solve problems with installed equipment.
Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers.
Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
Willing to work on targets.
Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short term and long range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of actions; implementing directives
Skills & Qualification

B.tech/ MBA or related field
Previous experience required. 1-3 years experience in Automation/Interior design/sanitary/AC/Insurance sales.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Familiarity with project management solutions is a plus.
