Diamond sales experience preferred
Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their jewelry purchasing journey.
Utilize product knowledge to guide customers in selecting the perfect piece of jewelry to meet their preferences, needs, and budget.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain the features, quality, and value of various jewelry items, including engagement rings, loose diamonds, fashion pieces and other accessories.
Assist customers with custom jewelry orders, ensuring their specific requirements are met and communicating with our in-house design team as needed.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests, providing accurate and timely information to build trust and establish long-term relationships.
Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, utilizing our point-of-sale system and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product releases, and competitor offerings, continually expanding product knowledge to better serve customers.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive and cohesive work environment.
Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and workshops to enhance sales skills and stay informed about company promotions and marketing initiatives.
Work a flexible schedule, including late nights, to accommodate customer needs and maximize sales opportunities.
