Common attributes of fake job offer emails
They come from public email ids.
They claim to come from ‘Limra Softech Private Limited’ or some such non-existent organization but claiming to carry the name of ‘Limra’.
They call for cash deposit into a designated bank account.
To make the offer seem authentic, the email will call for submission of ‘qualification documents’, ‘experience certificate’, photographs, etc.
The emails will contain numerous apparent grammar and spelling errors.
90% of these mails call the aspirant for an interview at Orissa, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Noida or Gurgaon.
Often, the contact address, phone numbers given in the email are non-existent and false.
How to tackle fake Limra offers and fake ads
In case you receive such mails, please do not pay/deposit money. These mails must be reported as SPAM.
In the event there was already a payment made, please lodge a complaint with the nearest police station so that necessary action can be taken against the imposters.
Some of our requirements are announced using advertisements and web banners in leading publications and portals across the globe. Our advertisement will be unique with our logo, a Limra email ID for response and the URL of the career site carried in it.

We are looking for a High-Performing Sales Manager to help us meet our Customer Acquisition and Revenue Growth Targets by keeping our Company Competitive and Innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our Sales Team Potential, Crafting Sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper Management.

Job Responsibilities :-

* Achieve Growth and hit Sales Targets by Successfully Managing the Sales Team.
* Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
* Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
* Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
* Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
* Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Qualification and Requirements:-

* Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration or a related field
* Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
* Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
* Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
* Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
* Strong business sense and industry expertise
* Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
