ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB :-
You will be working with clients or partners in leading the implementation of specific a product as part of the overall project delivery. You will be strongly involved in information sharing contribution to our customers’ aligned Centre of Excellence and input on Product and Process Improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :-
Subject Matter Expert in the foundation and common area and on a variety of topics on an end to end basis.
Demonstrate strong Stakeholder Management Skills with all contacts.
Successfully implement respective Product specialism.
Specialize in Client’s Organization, Customer (CIF), Market Data (exchange rates, forward premium, interest rates etc.), Fees and Charges as well as Preferential Pricing, Taxation, Holidays and Holiday.
Conventions, Customer Relationship, User authentication and access rights, KYC and Risk Profiling.
Analyze client business requirements and ensure any solutions proposed are realistic and within the agreed scope of the project.
Define and validate customization needs for TEMENOS products as per agreed business definitions.
Writing of specifications, prepare and perform the configuration of products.
Prepare and perform the functional testing to support User Acceptance Testing.
Make recommendations on best banking practices, design, customization and update of Training Materials and Handouts.
The role requires substantial travel.


WHAT YOU BRING IN:-

6+ years of experience in core banking solution with other banking solution providers, an operational role in a bank or in a consulting environment.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in banking and finance or equivalent.
Experience in a front-end client facing role is a must.
Must be fluent in English – verbal and written. Additional language skills would be of benefit.
Banking Knowledge: knowledge on fundamental banking processing is mandatory; end to end processing of various banking products.
Temenos portfolio with expert knowledge in one specific product. Strong awareness of Industry and market developments, good overall company knowledge.
Fully understand and be able to deploy the TEMENOS Implementation Methodology.
Knowledge in any of the following systems: T24, Misys, Flexcube, or equivalent core banking applications.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
