Job Description
This is a mid-managerial position and team leadership role with the aim of achieving student targets for all courses, classes and workshops run by the Institute.
Specific Responsibilities include: -
 Support & monitor Sales Executives to achieve their Individual Sales Targets in order to meet the Group.
 Sales Targets per Course/Workshop.
 Generate & allocate leads.
 Database Management.
 Maintain all reports and interpret data.
 Train & motivate team members.
 Co-ordinate with other Institute departments.
 Ensure all Operational Procedures are followed.
 Support sales & marketing strategy
Skills :
 Ability to perform in high pressure situations.
 Good trouble-shooting abilities.
 Excellent communication skills (oral & written.
 Ability to work independently and flexibly.
