Urgent requirement for Senior Software Engineer - Android App in Ernakulam.

Key duties/ responsibilities:

Deliver across the entire app life cycle – concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support
Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions
Create compelling device specific user interfaces and experiences
Working along the embedded engineers or web developers to create and maintain a robust framework to support the apps
Optimizing performance for the apps and keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the mobile technologies
Mandatory Skills
2-6 years of overall Android development.
Experience using and creating scalable web-based RESTful API
Demonstrated success in defining and launching mobile apps.
Strong OO design and programming skills in Java (J2EE/ J2ME)
Strong Java skills with extensive knowledge of the Android SDK.
Knowledge of SQLite, MySQL or similar database management system
Familiar with Eclipse/ Android Studio
Preferred Skills
Exposure to AR libraries a plus
Good written and verbal communication skill in English
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Meticulous and detail-oriented, coupled with good attitude
Able to multi-task, independent with good time management
Good interpersonal and communication skills
