Job Description

• Serves existing accounts by analysing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.
• Install new products, and test them to ensure they are working correctly
• Educating the client on how to use and maintain their device
• Perform maintenance and provide customer support
• Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them
• Order parts needed for repairs if needed only after getting the confirmation from Service Manager
• Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed.
• Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
• Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers. Build and maintain relationships with customers
• All issues should be discussed with the superior and the action have to take place only after the consent of the superior
