Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Improve Technical & Organizational Processes within production in
coordination with managers and other departments
Functional & Disciplinary Management of assigned staff
Confirm to technical & organizational process standards during the shift
in production
Undertake administrative tasks; Introduce regulations, point out
mistakes, introduce disciplinary measures
Coordinate & check shift handovers, Coordinate support group in shift
Responsible for implementing safety procedures on emergency cases
Scrap Controlling, Monitoring and Recording
Involve in Training Directs and Asst. Supervisors
Ensure Discipline & Cleanliness in the product area
REQUIREMENTS:
Good Labor handling skills
Knowledge of Health & Safety, First Aid & Basic fire fighting procedures
Basic Computer operation
Good Communication skills
Skills
Customer Relations , Communication skills , Decision Making , Lead Workers , Time Management ,
Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Diploma in Mechanical
