Planning/Scheduling

1. Prepare bi-weekly production works-Material & Manpower

2. Identify & anticipate the risk that might impact our bi-weekly schedule & propose solutions to mitigate with the Asst.Managers

3. Allocating the daily wages staff to projects based on the priority of milestone completion & requirement by the management.

4. Conducting daily meeting with the daily wages staff regarding the execution of the activities, constraints (Material, Infrastructure, Workforce) related to the projects.

5. Proper allocation of daily wages labour to make sure maximum utilization of the resources.
