Job Description

We are looking for Staff nurses.
•Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records
•Monitor record and report symptoms and change in patient's conditions.
•Record patient's medical information and vital signs modify patient treatment plan.
•Order, Interpret ,and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess , patients condition .
•monitor all aspects of patient care including diet and physical activity
•direct and supervise less skilled nursing healthcare personnel or supervisor at particular unit on one shift.
• prepare patients for and assist with examination and procedures.
• observe nurses and visit patients to ensure that proper nursing care is provided .
• well experience in IV therapy and drawing blood .
