Job Description
Responsibility:
1. Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized.
2. Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
3. Reporting damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and record-keeping purposes
4. Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
5. Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies
Requirements:
§ 4+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping
§ Familiar with IT hardware/accessories.
§ Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
§ Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
§ Prior experience in retail stores.
§ Physical ability to frequently lift and carry heavy materials
§ Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations
