Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes including resume screening, screening calls, detailed video interviews, present candidate assessment and data management
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify and close staffing needs
• Define job description and search strategy
• Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
Requirements
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employer branding
• Creative ways of sourcing and headhunting talent
• Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
• Ability to understand the roles and responsibilities of different roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• MBA in HR is mandatory
