Job Details:

Abzer Technology Solutions is looking for Java Technical Leads for its development center in Kochi.

Responsibilities and Duties

Lead the Product Development team and deliver as per the defined timelines
Understand the functional requirements and ensure effective technical design, development and validation in line with the product architecture
Take ownership of the assigned products/modules and ensure that work is progressing as per the defined deadlines and escalate any dependencies on time.
Co-ordinate with Functional, Development and QA teams and make sure that the features are delivered as per the functional requirements and quality standards.
Proactively Identify risks and prepare the mitigation plans
Mentor, guide and groom the team members, ensure high standards of code quality and conduct code review
Technical Evaluation and Effort Estimation for the Requirements
Proactively participate in the innovation programs and contribute to the growth of the company.
Required Qualifications

Solid hands on experience in Java, Spring, Spring boot, Hibernate, RESTful Web services
Good to have expertise in JavaScript, jQuery , Angular JS , HTML5 , CSS3 and Ajax
Solid experience in SQL – Oracle/SQL Server/ PostgreSQL etc.
Extensive experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs
Understanding of Microservices pattern and inter-service communication patterns
Good to have product development experience
Good to have exposure to any of the functional domains such as Payments, Healthcare and Supply Chain
Good knowledge of code versioning and management strategies using Git
Good to have understanding of Cloud deployment
Excellent verbal and written skills
Education Qualifications: Engineering or Technical Degree (BE/ B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech/ MCA)
Location: SmartCity, Kochi
Experience: 8+ years
Working Time: Normal working hours
