Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items. Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time. Noting important details of each conversation. Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.
Languages known : English and Tamil
One Day Off in a week

? Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell products or
? Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
? Use scripts to provide information about product’s features and present their
benefits
? Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/ secondary
data sources
? Maximum number of appointments should be given to the sales executives.
? Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
? Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
? Learn details about our product and service offerings
Requirements:-
? Candidate should be experience minimum 6 months from Telesales, Outbound
Sales, Telemarketing Experience
? Candidate should have good communication skills
