Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Enrolling students for courses offered by the company.
2. Handling Inbound and Outbound calls, follow up on Enquiry and database
3. Understand student requirement and guide the student to the right program fitting his / her requirement
4. Explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures,course structure,course details
5. Ensure proper servicing is done for the students enrolled
Language known : English, malayalam
Working Hours: 9:30 am – 5:30 pm (office hours )
2nd Saturday and 4th Saturday - 9:30 am - 1:00 pm (office hours )
Shifts would be provided accordingly by the company which consist of 9 working hours including 1 hour break
Skills

Qualifications
- Any Degree
- XII Std/Plus Two (Higher Secondary)
