Job Description
• Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis, operating telephone equipment, automatic dialling systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information & Follow-up the customers.
• Answering questions about products or the company
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Make complains to the Service Department in case of any fault/damage/breakage and inform to HOD.
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures, notifying team leader of needed repairs.
