Job Description

Core Responsibilities
• Craft user – centered design practices to deliver outstanding interactive game experiences
• Ability to make design decisions and take on design problems independently, present and sell design concepts to the stake holders
• Guide and validate design decisions with user research methods and existing data
• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems
• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends

Desired Profile
• Should have 3 years of experience in similar profile
• Should have ample experience using design tools and software like Balsamiq, Adobe XD, Sketch, framer, Justinmind, etc.
• Candidate must demonstrate experience in collecting, understanding and translating requirements into best UX solutions
• Experience in leveraging UX design principles, Design Thinking, and visual story-telling best practices to maximize adoption, usability, and understandability of systems
• Expertise in multi – device/platform design
• Analytical mindset with a business acumen, collaborate with other team members and stakeholders, ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas
• Excellent communication skills is highly required given the centrality of this position

Educational Qualification:
• Should have undergone training in UX design/Human Computer Interaction/ Human Centered Design & Engineering or any other related design specializations from a well reputed university

Work Experience:
• Candidate must have a portfolio showcasing at least 5 projects that demonstrate creative thinking, and design skills (Website, Medium blogs, etc.)
