Job Description

We are looking for a Senior web designer to join our team. ?You must exhibit advanced knowledge in the design, development, and
maintenance of responsive web applications, all of which will be utilized as a part of our overall marketing strategy. You will be involved in
the development of our website, from the earliest conception to the final release. As our web designer, you will work with the front-end
developer to create intuitive, attractive user interfaces to engage customers. Your duties will include taking requirements, creating mock-ups, and designing layouts while balancing the usability, visual appeal, and technical feasibility of the designs. You will also have the opportunity to plan and execute projects, as well as improve the overall quality of the website.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work with marketing product managers to customize online marketing campaigns and organize and manage all online
marketing collateral.
• Expert in Photoshop, CSS, and HTML.
• Design, create and maintain web content to meet marketing requirements using Asp. NET.
• Craft solutions for layout and styling issues across multiple browsers and mobile devices.
• Work with IT to ensure backend processes to and from the website transition smoothly.
• Collaborate with an editorial on online companion resources.
• Design, create and optimize graphic content for social media, online ads, and website use.
• Research, purchase, and customize stock photography to reflect the marketing message.
• Create, facilitate and document testing of web development, and offer on-demand web maintenance, content
management, and technical support.
• Mentor junior designers in weekly one-on-one advanced design concepts coaching sessions and provide feedback on
practice assignments.

Qualification and Skills:
1. Degree in CS, IT or MCA, or any other relevant degree.
2. Overall, 80% of marks in total from school to college are required.
3. 3 years of experience in Web Development using ASP.NET,
4. 3 years of experience in HTML/XHTML and CSS
5. Should be Artistic and should include your work for the last company along with your CV(Mandatory).
6. Strong ability to design with accessibility in mind.
7. A strong visual and technical portfolio.
8. Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others

There will be a 10% salary increment every 6 months after achieving monthly goals.

• Expertise in (asp.NET /HTML/CSS/JavaScript/JQuery)
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience in Graphic designing.
• In-depth knowledge of web design and maintenance
• Expertise in search engine functions and optimization (SEO/SEM)
•Web Designer Asp.Net: 3 years (Preferred)
• HTML/XHTML:3 years (Preferred)
• CSS: 2 years (Preferred)
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting
