Job Description

Minimum of 4 to 5 years in a similar HR role with hands-on experience

Self reliant, strong sense of initiative and ability to learn quickly

An honest and discreet attitude when dealing with company accounts

The ability to maintain clear and accurate financial records

Excellent administrative skills, attention to details and meticulous at work

Basic knowledge of labour law

Highly motivated individual who can work independently

Good interpersonal skills; Team player and leader who can positively impact strategic and operational initiatives

Excellent verbal and written communication

Microsoft Word and Excel

Past experience working in an IT firm will be preferred

Should hold a B.com /M.com & MBA
