Job Description

A minimum of 15 years’ experience in the construction/real estate industry covering large scale construction contracts, quantities, estimation and payment certifications. Should possess atleast 5 years’ of managerial experience in contracts administration, tendering, negotiations, procurement, certification etc. of high rise /high value building projects. Thorough understanding and working knowledge of FIDIC contracts/clauses and their practical application in building projects and proven track record in ably handling all aspects of contracts administration required.
