Responsibility: You will be contacting and communicating with our customers every day by phone, email, social media or even face to face. We will be relying on you to be the face and voice of the company and you will be at the forefront of operations. You will need to have great listening skills and be able to report accurately on events and calls. You must be able to think on your feet. You must learn from what you hear and errors you find. You will be in constant communication with the Operations Team around India solving Real Time issues that affect the company. You must be able to communicate well both verbally and in writing. This is a valued position within the company.
