Job Description
Responsible for providing both clerical,sectretarial and administrative support to colleagues and company director
Organising accommodations and travel booking for travelling managers and director
Setting up meeting rooms for visitors and management
Manages documentation, including contracts,maternity documentation and sickness documentation
Set up personnel files and confirm that the data accurate
Communicates with office staff for the purpose of ordering office supplies and planning of meeting
Responsible for incoming and outing mails and calls
Orders and maintains office supplies
Coordinate corporate events
Keeps office clean and organized to promote an efficient working environment
Good knowledge of MS office ,MIS REPORT
Average communication skills (Hindi & English)
