Qualification required – Candidate should be any Graduate / Equivalent degree / Post Graduate/MBA
Job Location – Mumbai / Delhi / Kolkata / Chennai

Key Responsibilities-
• Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products or services
• Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing & branding strategies; analysing trends and results.
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories;
• Reaching the targets and goals set for allotted territory
• projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products or services
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
• Servicing the needs of existing customers
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
• Recruiting and training sales staff
• Allocating areas to sales representatives
• Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
• Compiling and analysing sales figures
• Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts
• Collecting customer feedback and market research
• Keeping up to date with products, services and competitors
• Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
