Job Description
He/She act as a liaison between external customers and internal departments for their organization. They interact with clients through email, telephone, and in-person meetings, as well as interact with other employees to resolve brand concerns. He/She essentially establish and cultivate relationships with a company’s clients.
Candidate to have 1-2 years of experience in client servicing in event management/ advertising.
Eligibility- MBA
Responsibilities and Duties-
Develop and maintain existing client relationships.
Interact and correspond with prospective clients.
Good reporting of an event at pre-event and post-event levels.
Identify decision makers, services and products to meet client issues.
Direct development of client-customized solutions.
Negotiate with the client for efficient services delivery at profitable fees.
