Job Description

• Supervisor shall full understanding of working in an HSE conscious environment. They shall be fully aware of safety matters relating to the work being supervised including but not limited to correct use of tools and equipment, access equipment likely to be employed on this site, the correct use, storage and disposal of chemicals, consumables and materials, the correct methods of disposal and designated disposal points of all waste, unwanted materials and rubbish arising from the canteen and other works.

• The supervisor shall have a full knowledge of the correct way to transport, store, handle, mix and dispose of chemicals. Also emergency procedure to be undertaken should any incidents in the form of ingestion in any form of chemicals by the operators or third parties or chemicals getting into eyes or having a reaction.

• The supervisor shall be supplied with a mobile phone which he shall be expected to carry at all times.

• Be totally responsible for overseeing specific aspects of the operations ensuring that the services provided meet the specifications herein.

• Have sufficient experience to proficiently plan and manage all.

• Report on a daily basis to Contract Manager for instructions, administrative issues, orders, preparation of reports, maintaining records, measurement of KPIs and the like.

• Supervisor will transport and distribute the labors to their work place and return back to their accommodations.

• Visits worksites and meets regularly with clients, keeping them updated and ensuring complete customer satisfaction and adherence to contract.

• Evaluates the work performance of assigned staff.

• Should respond to emergency calls 24/7.

• Daily inspect all workplaces.

• To supervise and work with a team of gardeners undertaking the day-to-day delivery of a seasonal garden maintenance service in line with the direction provided by the Manager.

• Supervisor should be working any locations as per the company policy.
