Urgent Requirement for Product Service Specialist info Park .
Proven experience in customer support role or Application support role. (Understand the end to end flow of a product/service and provide support to the clients who are consuming/facing issues with the product/service).
• Experience in diagnosing/debugging of issues and provide timely solutions.
• Tech savvy with working knowledge of Windows & Linux OS platforms, databases and remote control.
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
• Experience in closely working with Development and IT Infra & DevOps teams.
• Logical reasoning and high analytical skills
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
