Sr.Accountant : JD

Accountable for all the accounting works of the organization, right from entries to finalization of accounts as follows

Accounting Responsibilities
Need to ensure the Accounting processes
Daily entries and accounting,
Banking works - Payables, receivables, finalization of balance sheet, P & L, Ledger reconciliation, Trail balance and are maintained up to date.
Regular Verifications of all accounts related data and ensure there are no deviations / errors

Monitoring & Reporting Responsibilities
Need to send all the necessary Accounting reports as per the management’s instructions on regular basis to the Reporting Head
Has to do the receivable follow-ups for collection
Has to do the payables follow ups for the payments
Fund position monitoring and reporting to the CEO on the Bank Balances, Payments and to be received funds
Bank reconciliation reports, Cheques preparation on the assigned day of the week for CEO’s approval
Regular interactions with bank staffs for facilitation

Statutory Compliance Responsibilities
Responsible for completion of processes of GST and TDS Responsible for remittance and filing of returns. Income Tax annual returns in coordination with the auditors.
