Urgent Requirement for Accountant in Ernakulam.
Duties :
1 An accountant is responsible for entering the details of Sales, Purchases, Payroll, Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable etc in to the system.

2 The Accounting Process Involves Recording, Interpreting, Classifying, Analyzing, Reporting & Summarizing the Financial Data. Preparation of Asset, Liability, & Capital Account Entries

3 All the Expenses should be entered in an excel file under the heading expense on monthly basis along with entry in Tally Software

4 Prepare Financial Statements – Weekly, Monthly and Annual Basis

5 Preparing & Recommending Latest Govt. Policies & Procedures

6 Maintaining Profit/ Loss account, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Statement

7 Monitoring & Supporting Taxation Issues & Filings, bills payments(water bill , electricity bill, internet bill, phone bill ) , Rent payment

8 Responsibility of Fulfillment of Financial Reporting Deadlines

9 Coordination with Audit Process

10 Coordinate with Store Department

11 Track all the bills, invoices, computer printouts and receipts

12 Track & Verify Documents i.e. Invoices, and keep all the documents in a file on monthly basis

13 All the Gst Bill should be scanned and saved in google drive under the heading Accounts – Bills and receipts – Bills (Monthly basis)

14 TDS Payments by 5th of every month (if not paid – Fine 3% of TDS for that month. If not paid in the same month, Fine would be 3%+1.5% of TDS of next month)

15 GSTR 1 Document has to be filled by 5th of every month and placed in google drive – accounts – Gstr 1

16 GSTR3B has to be filed by 15th of every month

17 TDS Would be calculate on 30/31st of every month.

18 TDS- GST bills addition – GSTR1 - Last Day of every month.

19 Deposit Cash into Bank on a daily basis. Be aware of banking formalities and changes for any existing process that’s needed for us.
