Responsibilitiesrn Development of new growth opportunities.rn Partner Onboarding & Retentionrn Achieve Weekly / Monthly sales targets within company standards.rn Conduct marketing activities in the assigned territory / regionrn Maintain proper ROI of all marketing activitiesrn Maintain an existing base of clients.rn To comply with all policies and procedures of the company.rn Follow up on a timely basis to all client and employee requests.rn Insure proper documentation and closures of loop are accurately done.rn Perform financial assessments of existing and new accounts.rn In-Service new and existing clients about new tests.rn Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external employees.rnQualificationsrnEducation: BB / MBA degree in Business Management and or Marketing preferred but notrnmandatoryrnExperience: rn Minimum 2+ years medical/laboratory sales experience with proven track record-rnpreferably in pathology labsrn Knowledge of laboratory/medical industry, including relevant diagnostic tests, pathologyrnservices, disease states, and cancer treatmentsrn Excellent communication skills at all business levelsrn Superior presentation and influential skills a mustrn Well-organized, ability to self-manage and maintain a professional, tactful stance at allrntimes, polished appearancern Willing to travelrn Contacts for potential clients in area that 5 th Vital caters, including Diabetes treatment,rnPre – post natal, gastroenterology, urology, and dermatology, a definite plus!rnrnSkills: The ability to communicate effectively both orally and written. Must pose the skill set tornnegotiate.
