We have an urgent requirement for the position of Website Consultant (Exp) for our International Website Sales and Marketing (voice process).
Responsibilities and Duties: -
Interacting with customers over call.
- Managing customer service inquiries.
- Assessing customers need to achieve satisfaction.
- Contacting Business units in regarding their Online Presence and business promotion.
- B2B Campaign.
Required skills :
*Education: 10+2 and Graduates both can apply
*Perceptive and intuitive nature with the ability to solve problem.
*Experience in any B2B and B2C selling process will be an advantage
*Should have excellent English communication. Website process knowledge is added advantage.
*Experience in Outbound calling process is preferred

* At least 3 to 6 months Exp.
* required in web selling.
