POST: Manager- Operations and Marketing

TYPE OF JOB : Total operations control, Monitoring and Marketing

QUALIFICATION : Graduation/ MBA (Marketing)

JOB DESCRIPTION: We have a crane hiring division named Modest Cranes &
Logistics with 9 years’ experience in the field as one of our sister
concern and a fabrication Unit. We have 13 different types of cranes and
a large fabrication unit which has all the facilities to satisfy any
clients. The marketing executive needs to do the marketing for our
cranes and fabrication work.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Developing new business opportunities and
managing relationships with clients, project managers, designers and
brokers, develop relationships with industry professionals to generate
new business opportunities, Conduct research to identify new markets and
customer needs, Arrange business meetings with prospective clients,
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting
clients’ objectives, Build long-term relationships with new and
existing customers

SKILLS REQUIRED : Proactiveness, excellent management & communication
skill in Malayalam and English, willingness to travel, analytical skill,
and ability to convince Clients and people, ability to understand the
market trends. Computer skills and knowledge in all kinds of marketing
including digital marketing.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE : Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in operations
management and marketing and 1 year experience in marketing the similar
services or products.
