For the post of Sales and BDM.
Job responsibility of Sales & Business Development Executive:
Our Sales Executive will play an active role in the continued development of our sales & business development
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Build our sales network across Eastern India for all products in our basket
• Understand the various industry segments we work in and build expertise to provide apt solutions to customers
• Understand our entire product portfolio in order to advise customers on the right products to use for packaging requirements

Skillsets Required
• Any prior experience in Sales will be valuable
• Ability to ride 2 wheeler valuable
• Candidate will be required to be in the field meeting customers all day & should be OK with that
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive attitude, with the ability to use initiative
• A proactive attitude, with the ability to use initiative & willingness to learn
• Candidate will have to go through a thorough training program - should have the zeal to learn

Educational qualification: For junior level minimum 12th standard & for senior level minimum graduation
Salary : For junior level 10K-12K & for senior level 14K-16K (Negotiable for suitable person)
