• Query updating
• Handover of Lead & Schedule
• Reconfirmation of Meeting
• Sales Team Visit Report
• Meeting schedule
• Take over of Lead Date from Sales Team
• Customer feedback of Meeting
• Costing
• Quotation
• Meeting Schedule for Quotation submission
• First follow-up / confirmation
• Follow up of Quotation
• Handover of Order Confirmation from Sales
• W/o Generation & Distribution
• Customer / Site Coordination
• Dispatch
• Erection Team / Site Coordination
• Closure Meeting with Customer
• Payment follow-up
• Receiving Complaint Call
• Payment Confirmation
• Team Scheduling - Out bound / In bound
• Team Handling
• Customer feedback & closure
• Profiling of Prospective - Sales
Skill sets Required
• Any prior experience in customer dealings will be valuable
• Must be comfortable with Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Communication should be clear & crisp
• Must be comfortable with talking to customers over the phone
• Must have excellent command over Hindi and/or Bengali
• Must be comfortable writing mails
• A proactive attitude, with the ability to use initiative & willingness to learn
• Candidate will have to go through a thorough training program - should have the zeal to learn
• Excellent organizational skills
• The ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility
• Effective team working skills
• Resilience, to enable you to deal with problems and constructive criticism
Minimum Educational qualification: Graduate.
Salary : 10K-14K (Negotiable for suitable person)
