Job Description

• Must have a thorough knowledge of the company's products and services
• Product brochures for customers must be in hand before you go to see the customer. You should only meet the customers with all the preparations.
• You should call the customers before you go and ask them when you can see them.
• You should not be made the customers to wait. You must arrive at the customer place at least 10 minutes prior to the time stated.
• Talk to the customer should be in your logical manner. If necessary, they should be given a product demonstration.
• Signatures for confirmation of Purchase Order should be obtained from them. Follow-up with the coordinator to make the quotations for them.
• All the details should be called to the manager and shared on the WhatsApp Sales Group
• Customers who say they will be seen later should be reminded periodically. They must somehow be converted to Sales.
• You must have achieved your monthly sales targets.
• If you have any questions, you should call your manager immediately and clear up the doubts.
• Keep all of your official phone conversations recorded. If your seniors asks for it, you are obligated to give it to them.
• You have to be in office on days when there were no customers to meet, you have to telecommunicate and find new customers.
• You should prepare your weekly plan and submit it to your manager.
• The advance amount or Cheque & Purchase Order must be handover to the Operations Department through your Manager on the very next day.
• All your daily duty report must be sent to the coordinator on a same day
• Once you have seen the customer, you should immediately contact the coordinator or manager. Also, the status should be updated in the WhatsApp group.
• You should always keep the sales tools such as photos, videos, brochures PDF, Product details in your hand. You must have sent it to the customer at the time of need.
• You must have at least 75% of field attendance.
• Your travel expense should be submitted to the coordinator along with a report & supporting documents every day. Every Saturday you will refund your expense amount.
• In no case should you keep any advanced cash, cheque & PO collected from a customer. It should have been cleared by the manager on the same day or very next day.
• You always keep your dress in neat and tidy while meet your customers. (Executive Style).
