Cover Letter

Having been in the Programming world for 10 years, I can now confidently say that there are not many things that technology cannot do - ie. if you have the right team. I love being with a team that is enthusiastic about what they do, regardless of their skill levels, if they are passionate that's 80% of what you need. Obviously skills count, but skills can be acquired but passion usually cannot. I am a natural leader - possibly got it from my Dad who was a social activist and a leader. Though I was excited about technology from an early age, I got down to the niche of programming in 2010 post my Engineering graduation. Since then, I have worked on a variety of projects of various sizes, from multiple destinations (Americas, Australasia, Middle East - you name it!). My most recent love is 'Microservice Architecture' and leading a team to migrate to some of the latest technologies in the Industry (Angular, Node JS, AWS services, Docker, Dynamo DB etc. to name a few). As for industry experience, for the last 2 years, I have been working around eCommerce solutions, so I am all about customer journey, analytics and admin interfaces, data integrity etc.
